Sample Meal of My Diet

Meal 1: 6 egg whites and 1/4 cup oatmeal

Meal 2: 6 egg whites and 2 cups butternut squash

Meal 3: 3 oz chicken, 3/4 cups sweet potato, and 1 1/2 cups of celery

Meal4: 3 oz chicken, 1/2 cup cooked brown rice, and 1 cup broccoli

Meal 5: 2 cans of tuna in water, 1/2 cup cooked brown rice, and 1 cup broccoli

The calories will decrease every few weeks the closer I am to competition

Oh! and quick little tip.. when I get tired of the egg whites and oats, I combine them and make them into oatcakes with some vanilla extract and splenda! :)
